I just spent a casual 20 minutes doing a couple different trauma releasing exercises. These exercises induced stretching of my muscles as well as a slight quivering that seems to release tension in the deep psoas muscle. I now feel more rejuvenated than I did upon waking up (I also had a vitamin c filled orange for breakfast). There is true meaning in this practice for me, and I can’t wait.to see.where this intuition guides me. For now, this journey has helped me reconnect to my true feelings, and these true feelings are what I tap into for patience, acceptance (of the negative feelings as well).
I still wonder though, why our actions so often contradict our values. I notice myself and my friends say one thing, and it wakes a bout of confusion when we act abstractly….. oh life.
